After nearly 6 months of traveling and performing all over the place -- Texas, Arizona, Japan, Taiwan, Hawaii, Oregon, Missouri -- it is SOOOO good to be back in Home Sweet Seattle!
Unfortunately, the first thing to greet me upon arriving in my beloved city was a nasty, week-long crud-fest, which I'm happy to report is finally starting to abate.
That said... today's pathetic attempt to "get out of the house" consisted of exactly 22 minutes at a coffee shop before exploding in a series of hacking coughs that had the whole joint looking my way and asking, "Are you o-KAY?" In a tone that clearly conveyed, "Get outta here with that mess, already!".
I quickly took my leave. (The tea selection is much better here, anyway.)
